Dealing with an Angry Public
Protecting your Reputation and Your Market Share
The standard way to deal with an angry public is to try to convince people that they are wrong or that the have no reason to be afraid. Sometimes this is done by lining up expert testimonials, sometimes it is done by “spin control” in the media. The problem is you pay too much, it takes too long, and you lose market share.
